Below, you’ll find the amazing sponsors that made the Reader Riot possible. There’s absolutely no way we’d be able to brighten up the Shoals like we are without their support.
The Florence-Lauderdale Public Library Foundation keeps FLPL going, providing support and funding for special projects like the Reader Riot, the community is enriched by the Foundation’s support and generosity.
The Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts features annual exhibits and rotating exhibits by artists from the Southeast, workshops and classes for all ages, concerts, and interesting lectures and programs. They’re sponsoring various events at the Reader Riot, and we can’t thank them enough for what they are doing for us (and for the Shoals in general).
So much of what FLPL does couldn’t happen if not for the Friends of the Library. They generously donated toward the Reader Riot, will be having a book sale during the festival, and showing support in so many other ways. We’re very lucky to have such an active and successful Friends organization. Y’all are awesome.
The Daniel Foundation of Alabama’s mission is to strengthen communities within Alabama and improve the quality of life for citizens from all regions of Alabama, and they sure are strengthening the Shoals and the Reader Riot. Thank you!
Based out of West Palm Beach, Florida, Be the Show Events and Entertainment jazzes up your events like no one else. The St. Francis Project has been a long-time supporter of FLPL, as well as numerous other organizations in the Shoals. Their generosity makes so much around our area possible, and the Reader Riot is thankful to be able to consider them friends. Their support as a sponsor of the book festival shows their commitment to literacy, free information, and the ability to provide services to those in need of them.
